Rachel Lindsay finally found her future esposo on ABC’s “The Bachelorette.”
And he’s Miami chiropractor Bryan Abasolo, one of the final three suitors on Monday night’s live three-hour finale.
Abasolo proposed to the Texas attorney in wine-country Rioja, Spain, during the finale.
“Bryan is such a good person, a good man,’’ she told viewers as he pulled up in a SUV.
“She is everything that I hoped and dreamed of,’’ he said on the show.
Upon seeing her, he told her that she looked spectacular in Spanish just as he had when he first met in the May 22 debut of the show.
“I just love you and I’m in love with you and I can’t imagine spending my life without you,’’ she said.
He added, “I want to love you for the rest of my life…Will you be my reina [queen]?” he said. She then handed him the final rose.
“It’s been a long time coming,’’ he said. “I am so excited for this moment.”
The happy couple then appeared before the live studio audience with host Chris Harrison. Glowing and giddy, they exchanged some kisses.
He said that Lindsay wants a winter wedding and they are working on uniting their lives. She’s based in Dallas and he’s in Miami.
“We just want to bring our lives together,’’ he said.
“We just want to bring our lives together wherever that may be,’’ she said.
He said that Lindsay is “everything I always wanted, the sass, the charm, the attorney in her, that really turns me on,’’ he told the audience.
Abasolo has been a fan and Lindsay favorite since the show’s May 22 premiere. He was the first to kiss her and won the first impression rose. From then on, she was clearly smitten by the Colombian although she said throughout the season that she thought he was too good to be true.
On Monday’s episode, she reflected on those comments.
“I was trying to find cracks in what seemed like the perfect foundation,’’ she said. “I see my forever. I see my future.”
