1. Understand that it's Okay to Not be Okay - Accepting your feelings and understanding it's okay to not feel 100% is vital for keeping your mental health stable.

One of the most important things is to be able to accept your feelings, even if they don't feel good.

It's okay to not be okay. Acknowledging that it's not always going to be a walk in the park is a vital first step in understanding how to cope with mental health issues.

The first step in coping with mental health issues is accepting that you're not always going to feel 100%. It can be hard but it's necessary for healing and recovery.

2. Acknowledge Your Stressors - If you know what makes you stressed, you will be able to keep your stress levels at a minimum.

Stress is the root cause of many serious health problems. It can affect your physical and mental health.

It is important to acknowledge your stressors so that you can take steps to reduce them. Stressors are not just negative events, but also positive ones like a promotion or a new job.

Some people find it difficult to identify their stressors because they are too busy dealing with them and don't have the time or energy to think about what's making them stressed in the first place.

3. Get Outside! - Spending time outdoors or in nature has been proven to improve moods and overall sense of wellness.

There are plenty of benefits to spending time outdoors. Not only does it improve moods, but it also helps with physical and emotional health.

A study by the University of Essex found that people who spend more time outdoors are happier and healthier than those who don't. They also found that participants who were exposed to nature had lower stress levels, improved mental health and were better at coping with the pressures of life.
